Rapid Settlements, Ltd. and Rapid Management Corporation (collectively "Rapid") filed a parallel appeal and mandamus proceeding challenging a final summary judgment entered in favor of SSC Settlements, L.L.C. and Stone Street Capital, Inc. (collectively "SSC"). We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. We further vacate the trial courts order denying Rapids Amended Motion to Stay Litigation Pending Arbitration. Finally, we affirm in part the trial courts judgment on the remaining claims and reverse and render in part.
